ABOUT THE GYM

 

Fitness Express is open 24/7 to all members, and offers a variety of classes and equipment. In the main facility of Fitness Express, there is an area for free weights and there is an area for exercise machines. Cardio equipment, such as, treadmills, elliptical, bikes, and rowing machines . Fitness Express also has an aerobics room, that is open to members 24/7, and offers classes for all ages by highly trained instructors.

Fitness Express is a secure facility that offers 24/7 surveillance, with cameras located throughout the gym and entrances and exits. Doors will be locked and only accessible with a key fob after staffed hours.
